What we're looking for

The Archer Group is looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to support its Client Service team in managing a key account for the agency. This professional will be passionate about interactive marketing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment. We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude, who will thrive in our all-hands-in culture. Professional experience in interactive marketing or digital advertising is a must.

This position reports directly to an Account Supervisor also dedicated to the same account(s). The Archer Group is a leading interactive agency that provides digital strategy, creative and technology services to outstanding national, regional and local brands. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Account Director in the daily oversight of Client relationships
  • Establish productive relationships with Clients and internal team members to coordinate Archer's execution of interactive assignments
  • Effectively communicate project milestones, scope and scope changes, Client feedback and technical requirements among Clients and internal teams
  • Partner with a Project Manager to coordinate internal teams and activities, as well as ensure that projects remain on schedule, within budget, and that requirements are met
  • Monitor project status, progress, and deliverables through continuous communication
  • Balance a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor, especially in stressful situations
  • Be versatile, organized and open-minded
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude in all situations
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of professional experience in digital advertising, website development, digital marketing or similar
  • Professional experience at a digital agency or in a digital capacity a must
SKILLS
  • Strong Client-service orientation and team player attitude
  • The ability to demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and confidence, and to provide outstanding Client service
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This position reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and will largely be autonomous in managing his/her key account. Archer is a leading interactive agency that provides digital strategy, creative and technology services to outstanding national, regional and local brands.   • Manage and mentor two direct reports on the Client Service team
  • Establish productive relationships with Clients and internal team members to coordinate Archer's execution of interactive assignments
  • Travel to Client offices in Baltimore, Maryland at least once per week for meetings and workshops
  • Effectively communicate project milestones, scope and scope changes, Client feedback and technical requirements among Clients and internal teams
  • Partner with a Project Manager to coordinate internal teams and activities, as well as ensure that projects remain on schedule, within budget, and that requirements are met
  • Monitor project status, progress, and deliverables through continuous communication
  • Lead annual strategic account planning and ensure organic growth of the account
  • Balance a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor, especially in stressful situations
  • Be versatile, organized and open-minded
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude in all situations
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional experience in digital advertising, digital marketing or similar
  • Professional experience at a digital agency or in a digital capacity a must

Media & Analytics Opening

Archer is currently in search of an inquisitive Marketing Analyst to join our team with a hunger and interest in the intersection of data analytics and digital marketing. The right analyst should have experience working with varying datasets of all sizes, as well as a strong desire and ability to work with other Archer analysts and our clients in order to tease out reporting and analytics needs.

From cross-channel campaign reporting, to tag management, to concepting and executing custom analytics projects, this role will provide for a wide range of marketing analytics challenges and will provide a solid opportunity to continue and grow your knowledge of the digital marketing industry, while providing an environment that allows you to shape, nurture, and drive meaningful contribution to client marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop regular and ad hoc client analyses and reporting rooted in insights and optimizations
  • Develop and implement tagging specifications and marketing measurement plans for websites and advertising campaigns
  • Provide QA on new website and campaign launches to ensure analytics data is tracking properly
  • Assist social, display, and search media teams with campaign performance & optimizations
  • Work closely with the internal development teams in integrating custom database solutions
  • Help guide campaign creative and ad concepting using insightful performance reporting
  • Help diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues pertaining to reporting and data capture
  • Work directly with clients in presenting analysis and reporting on ongoing marketing initiatives
Skills Desired
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience using tag management tools and understanding of web analytics tagging
  • Keen eye for developing insightful data visualization
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience and enthusiasm for measurement & testing methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively on short and long-term projects
  • Desire and talent for presenting to clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of the evolving trends in advertising and marketing technologies
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a number of concurrent projects
Education/Experience
  • 3+ years of digital analytics experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, statistics, mathematics, economics, information management, or related fields
