Over the past few months we’ve witnessed a sudden shift in interest towards Interactive Marketing that I couldn’t be happier about. Our existing clients are increasing their investment in interactive as the positive impact to their business is inarguable and only getting better. We’ve also seen some exciting new household name brands partner with The Archer Group (shhhhh we can’t talk about them yet).
What this means to us (and maybe you) is that we’ve got our work cut out for us. We’re really excited about the opportunity to add some great new talent to the family and roll up our collective sleeves.
So what do we look for in a candidate? Here are 5 characteristics we LOVE:
1) Passion for your work. (Yes we know it’s obvious) Do you love your work? Do you consider yourself a subject matter expert? Do you blog or tweet about it? Are you a member of any organizations that enrich your interest group(s)?
2) A passion for life. We love it when people have diverse interests. From family to flag football to flugtag, it simply doesn’t matter… We believe
balance in life is essential for happiness and productivity.
3) A sense of humor. If you can’t laugh along with a diverse team can conjure up, this place isn’t for you. There’s no better feeling than to see a fellow archer member or client smile.
4) The ability to focus and deliver quality whenever and wherever possible. Yes, we have a lot of fun, but our diverse portfolio of clients pay us to be
chameleons that understand and build their brand in the ideal light. When we are successful, they are successful. We can never lose sight of this.
5) Referral from an existing Archer family member or trusted industry friend. It says a lot about you: they know you, your talent, your culture – and they’re willing to stake their reputation for you.
