WILMINGTON, Del. —The Archer Group, Delaware’s premier interactive marketing firm, is moving into larger quarters at 233 N. King Street, in Wilmington’s new Lower Market Design District.

"We created a fun, creative, exciting space that reflects who we are and what we do... a place were we hang out with clients and allow them to escape their cubicles " says Lee Mikles, CEO of the Archer Group.

The new office space, about 5,000 square feet, takes up the entire first floor of the former Wilmington YWCA. “Its open design, with doors only on the conference room and the restrooms, meets our functional and creative needs,” Mikles says.

The design by Todd Danner of Arqitecture allows for maximum socialization and interaction —essential for a business whose mission is to link businesses and their clients smoothly and seamlessly through the World Wide Web. The reception area will feature commissioned artwork by internationally acclaimed artist Jeff Schaller, created to accentuate the Archer Group’s unique character as a provider of interactive marketing services.

The move also brings the Archer Group into the heart of Wilmington’s Lower Market Design District (LOMA), which The Archer Group helped found and brand. LOMA is a magnet neighborhood for design businesses and “the creative class,” from service professionals such as architects and graphic artists to retailers that sell home-décor projects. “LOMA will reinvigorate Wilmington and we’re eager to create this unique design district with our new neighbors,” Mikles says.

“We’re close to downtown and to the Riverfront area, and the train station, with easy access to New York, Philadelphia and Washington, is just a short walk away. We are excited to continue to call Wilmington our home” says Patrick Callahan, Archer Group COO.
