The Archer Group is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Interactive Project Manager with enthusiasm, a drive to succeed, and the ability to shepherd multiple project streams through our growing business. The right candidate must possess exceptional organization and communication skills, professionalism, and integrity. Experience in web design and development, marketing, e-commerce, client-based work, or a related field is a plus.

The interactive project manager will work with the PMO and Operations teams to determine best practices, enabling technology and process. This position reports directly to the Director of Project Management.

Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and account directors to develop project scope, requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Establish realistic deadlines, and analyze and prioritize project activities and tasks
- Develop and maintain project plans and other relevant project documentation
- Ensure that projects remain on schedule and within budget, and that requirements are met
- Monitor project status, progress, and deliverables through continuous communication
- Remain aware of any potential areas of concern, mitigate risk, and achieve consensus among collaborators
- Prepare and analyze project status reports, and disseminate relevant information to the appropriate teammates
- Balance a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations
- Be versatile, organized, open-minded, and able to provide hands-on solutions
Education/Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience managing interactive web-based projects required
- 3+ years of experience within an agency or similar client services–oriented environment required
- Experience as a business analyst or with technical requirements gathering is a plus
Skills
- Ability to multitask, working independently, creatively, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide outstanding client service and demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and confidence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project is required
- Operational knowledge of web strategy, design, development, and programming technologies is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Visio is preferred
