Ben Levin leads the Archer Group’s online media, analytics and user experience team. His group operates the on-site user experience lab, the first of its kind in Delaware, to provide in-depth analysis of user interactions with the web.

He previously worked at G2 Interactive, a branch of the global agency WPP Group, where he developed interactive marketing strategies and customer experience that reached millions of online users per year for clients including Mars, Merck, Merrill Lynch and SunGard. He developed and launched a groundbreaking methodology for evaluating the total customer experience, combining search and site analytics, eye-tracking, usability testing and behavioral analysis. He also led the largest dedicated user-experience (UX) practice on the East Coast.
