Understanding the User
The first step in building a lasting solution was to understand the user. Archer interviewed Pfizer colleagues and helped organize the information to create a user experience that helps colleagues do their daily tasks.
Building fans
"I'm from corporate" and "I'm here to help" are two phrases that employees often dread when used together. Archer created an informational micro-site that helped explain the goal of the effort and on-going progress with the new portal.
